• We will contact your good self if we get any genuine buyer for buying your property.

• We will inform the Seller 1 days in advance in other to visit his/her property with our client so that the seller will be prepared to show the property.

• If the property Value is more that the market value, our marketing officer will discuss on the same with the Seller for negotiating on the price. Hence it will be difficult to sell the same.

• We will inspect your property before offering to our clients.

• While inspecting your property we might click picture to show it to our client.

• Our Service charges will be 2% on total property value. This is applicable both for Seller and buyer.

• For rent we charge 2month rent as our service charge.

• If the Seller sells his property via another Broker, than he/she is requested to inform us the property is sold so that we stop working on the same.
